About Us

Hi, I’m Kiki – the heart and hands behind every item in this little corner of the internet.

But more than just a store, Minty Creations is a small act of kindness with a bigger dream. A portion of every sale is donated to help stray animals — especially abandoned and injured cats and dogs across China. These animals often live in harsh conditions, without shelter, food, or care. Many are rescued by local volunteers or small shelters that survive on limited donations.

 

With every order you place, you’re not only receiving a handmade piece filled with joy — you’re also contributing to food, medical care, and temporary shelter for these animals. I regularly donate to vetted local rescue groups and share updates whenever possible.

 

This brand is my way of turning creativity into compassion — and I hope that through these small creations, more people will be reminded: even something tiny can make a difference.

Returns We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. Once handmade products are purchased without any quality issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you chooses to refund due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for 20% -30% of the economic loss fee (including refund processing fees deducted from payment methods). Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after placing an order, unless there are quality issues. Returns cost $12 which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on bkdxyq@gmail.com for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded. When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear, lingerie & sexual wellness. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item. Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.
